What is the 200 Club?
The 200 Club is a private monthly lottery open to all members and friends of the club. For a small monthly contribution, you are entered into a draw to win significant cash prizes.
Over the course of the year, 50% of the total revenue is kept by the club for essential funding, and 50% is allocated to the prize pot.

How It Works: Bigger Prizes & More Chances
Starting April 1st, 2026, we are scaling up the excitement:

• Monthly Contribution: £5 per entry.
• The Draws: We alternate monthly between a Standard Draw and a high-stakes Super Draw.
• The Prize Pot: The more people who join, the bigger the payout. At full capacity (200 members), the Super Draw prize hits £1,000!

How to Join (New & Existing Members)
To make things simpler, we have moved all management to Pitchero. To secure your number in the April draw, please follow these steps before April 30th, 2026:

• Log in to Pitchero: Use the Pitchero mobile app or website, if you’re not a member, you will need to sign up as a Boyne Hill Cricket Club member on Pitchero - you can download the Pitchero mobile app to manage your membership (Android / Apple)
• Purchase a 200 Club membership in the payments section - this will be set up as a monthly subscription which you can cancel at any time through Pitchero
• You can purchase one number for £5 or improve your chances of winning by buying multiple numbers
• Existing Members: Please cancel your old £2 Standing Order immediately after your March payment. The club is not responsible for payments made to the old account after March 31st.

Important Details

• Eligibility: You must be 18+ to play.
• The "Two-Month" Rule: To ensure financial stability, winners must have completed two consecutive monthly payments before a prize is released. If you win in your first month, we will hold the prize until your second payment is received.
• Transparency: Winners are notified within 7 days and published on our official website.

Please note: Membership is currently limited to 200 numbers to maintain favourable odds for our members. Should we reach this limit, the committee will review and may choose to expand the number of entries and increase the prize funds accordingly.

The 200 Club operates as a Private Society Lottery under the UK Gambling Act 2005. To comply with these rules, and to ensure you receive the full benefit of your contribution:

By participating in the 200 Club, you are automatically registered as a Social Member of Boyne Hill Cricket Club.
This status is essential to the legal operation of the draw and entitles you to full social membership privileges, including:

• The right to vote at Boyne Hill Cricket Club's Annual General Meeting (AGM).
• Access to the club's bar and clubhouse facilities.
• The rights conferred by your entry are strictly non-transferable.
